I’m one of the unlucky kids whose Mom doesn’t enjoy cooking. Who doesn’t love their mom’s food!? But, I admit, it’s a lot of work – particularly on Christmas. As our family has grown and changed over the years, so has the nature of how we spend Christmas lunch. Choosing to visit a restaurant, where everything is taken care of, has really suited us and we’d really recommend it to others as well.

EDITOR’S NOTE: We were kindly invited to sample some of the Radisson Blu courses for their Christmas lunch this year. The setting is always gorgeous, with dolphins frolicking in the bay. We enjoyed a cherry pop cocktail, various starters, mixed mains and a touch of dessert. Each course was delicious, with extra care put into their technique.
